Super Cutter Hydro-Cyclone

The AZFAB Super Cutter Hydro-Cyclone, which has no moving parts, is the answer to many serious material problems. The Hydro-Cyclone uses centrifugal force alone to separate material by size and density. The all steel construction and internal lining of ½ inch thick 40 durometer natural rubber provides a long service life. It comes in multiple models with capacities ranging from 400 to 3000 gallons per minute of water and solids.

The AZFAB Super Cutter Hydro-Cyclone consists of a vertical cylinder with a conical bottom section. Centrifugal action inside its steel fabricated body forces material to separate, with heavy particles falling to the bottom while the fine light material is pulled through the overflow. In service the Hydro-Cyclone will operate at plus or minus 10% of its rated GPM. In addition, it can operate from 0 to 100% of its rated tons per hour.
